What we collect

When you submit a booking or contact form on this site, we collect:

Your first and last name
Your mobile phone number and email address
Your child's age, and any message or question you send us
Whether you checked each SMS consent box, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time you submitted the form

We may also receive limited information from advertising and analytics platforms when you reach this site by clicking an ad.

How we use it

To contact you about scheduling a class and to answer your questions
To send booking confirmations, class reminders, and schedule changes
To send occasional offers and program announcements, if you consented to those
To keep a record of your consent, as our messaging carriers require

SMS consent and your phone number

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you check a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The Little Gym of Danvers of the type described next to that box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. We typically send about 3–4 messages a month, though frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees your information

Children's information

Our forms are for parents and guardians. We collect a child's age so we can recommend the right class; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
